Sumi\u00a0wants some time to decide if she should issue a permanent injunction, and there will be hearings on the matter\u00a0March 29 and April Fool&#8217;s Day, April 1.<\/p>\r\n<p>The motion for an injunction was\u00a0filed by Democrat Dane County District Attorney\u00a0Ismael Ozanne. He alleges\u00a0that a state legislative committee was in violation of Wisconsin&#8217;s open meetings act when it\u00a0passed the collective-bargaining law March 9. Walker\u00a0signed it two days later.<\/p>\r\n<p>Any way you slice it, this battle is going to wind up before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
