http:\/\/www.jsonline.com\/news\/milwaukee\/104594819.html<\/a><\/p>\r\n\u00a0Rios was one of the three men to exit the Chrysler Sebring to fix its flat tire.\u00a0The disabled vehicle was on a median\u00a0on Interstate 39\/90 early Thursday morning in the Madison suburb of Burke when an Acura\u00a0came out of nowhere and\u00a0struck them.<\/p>\r\n
Although Rios was able to get out of the way, the other two men with him were killed, as was one of the women in the back seat of the Sebring.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
Officials are deciding whether to bring\u00a0charges against the Acura’s 31-year-old driver. Authorities said that alcohol was a factor in the crash.<\/p>\r\n
The victims were Marcus Johnson, 19,\u00a0 of Glendale;\u00a0Elysia Rapp, 23, of Racine; and Wilfredo Ugarte, 23, of Puerto Rico.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
