The bill needs one more vote taken in the Senate before it goes to Gov. Jim Doyle, who has said he will sign the bill into law.<\/p>\r\n<p>The bill levies a penalty of up to a $400 fine for a first offense of the texting ban, and up to $800 for a second offense.
